This site has been designed to be as easy to use as possible - with various ways to move around to suit your preference.

All the Navigation tools are in the left margin.

1.  The main Navigation Menu Bar has the following features:-

• Menu buttons for the Top Level pages - and the Home Page - have a Dark Blue background.
• Other - Lower Level - pages are in Dark Green - preceded with a Yellow bullet point. These appear just below their ‘parent’ page.
• When you place your mouse over a button in this Menu Bar - the Page name changes from Yellow to Green - and moves over to the right - to show which page you are selecting.
• The menu button for the Current Page changes to Light Blue (or Light Green for Lower Level pages)

2.  The ‘Site Map’ button brings up a Tree style view of the pages in this Web site - which allows you to:

• Select any page - from a Tree style - or Outline style view - or -
• Search for a particular Page name

3.  You can also find a page using the Site Index page - which lists all pages in alphabetical order. You can go directly to any of the pages listed by clicking on the page title.

Note - to see these pages properly, you will need a recent Web Browser (such as Internet Explorer 5 or 6) - and to have Java and Javascript options selected.
